You will have to fill up a written request for internet banking services and submit it to the nearest branch of Vibor. The forms are available in all our branches and you can also download it from our website.
If there is any problem in the information or the transactions in your account, you can visit any of our branches or call us at 4233373 and report us the details. We will look into the issue and provide you with a solution at the earliest.
If you forget your username/password, you can contact the bank. The username will be retrieved and informed to you. In case of loss of password, you will be reissued a new password with applicable charges as per the bank’s policy.
