The first time issuance of Vibor debit card is free which will be valid for a period of two years. Once your card expires, you will have to pay NPR.200/-for renewal.

If you use Vibor debit card on any of the Vibor bank’s ATM, no service charges will be levied. However, if the card is used in other SCT connected ATM of other banks, NPR.25 per transaction is charged.

Yes, you can make purchases of goods and services from more than 1,000 merchant locations through Point-of-Sale (POS) terminals. Vibor Debit card is accepted at all ATMs merchant locations that display/accept SCT Cards.

Yes, you will need to enter the PIN number of your Vibor Debit card to make payment at merchant locations.

As soon as you discover your card is missing, contact Vibor Bikas Bank at 4233373 and inform us about the card. We will cancel your card and issue a replacement upon request.
