Ajay Ghimire, the Chief Executive Officer has over 20 years of experience in the field of banking, finance, and management. He has been instrumental in promoting Ace Finance (now Ace Development Bank), Ace Institute of Management (where he is the Chairman of the Board), and Ace Apartments. A management graduate from MIT Sloan School of Management, USA and a Masters in Mathematics from Panjab University, India, he also spent a semester each at George Town University and the School of Advance International Studies at Johns Hopkins University, USA studying International Public Policy. Prior to working for Ace Finance as its CEO for 7 years, he also worked for Nabil Bank for 8 years in various managerial capacities. Ajay is the Chief Executive Officer of Vibor. |

Mr. Jhalak Prasad Khanal, CEO Designate has over 20 years of experience in banking sector. He started his first banking career with Nepal Indosuez Bank Ltd (now Nepal Investment Bank Limited). After completing his fifteen successful years in Nepal Investment Bank Ltd, he took on the responsibility of setting up Jyoti Bikas Bank Ltd (JBBL) as the CEO and bringing it into operation in July, 2008. He worked with JBBL for almost four years and with successful establishment of seventeen branches while JBBL was one of the top five National level development banks in Nepal. His last assignment was at Siddhartha Development Bank as the CEO. He holds Masters Degree in Business Administration from Manila, the Philippines. |

Navin Manandhar, Head – Business Loan has over 10 years of experience in the banking field. He started his career with NABIL Bank in 2000 and has expertise working in relationship management and risk functions. He was Relationship Manager at Standard Chartered Bank (Nepal) Limited prior to joining Vibor. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from International University, Missouri, London Centre UK. |
